The MassMutual Center is located in Springfield’s Downtown section, minutes from hotels, bus and train stations. Patrons should enter the MassMutual Center at the entrance on the corner of Dwight Street and Bruce Landon Way (Formally Falcon Way).
Traveling North on I-91, take Exit 6 (Springfield Center), onto East Columbus Avenue. Continue up East Columbus Avenue (about ¼ mile) to Court Street. Take a right onto Court Street and proceed past Symphony Hall, City Hall and Sovereign Bank. The MassMutual Center is located at the corner of Court and Main Street across from Court Square.
Traveling South on I-91, take Exit 7 (Springfield Center Columbus Avenue). Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp. Circle under the highway and go straight through one light. Take a right at the second light onto Main Street. The MassMutual Center is located at 1277 Main Street across from Court Square.
Traveling West on Rt. 90, take Exit 6 off the Mass. Turnpike to Rt. 291. From Rt. 291 take Dwight Street Exit. Turn left at the end of the ramp and follow Dwight Street to the MassMutual Center.
Traveling East on Rt. 90, take Exit 4 onto I-91 South.
Where can I park?
We highly recommend you carpool with a friend or friends and split the parking fee!
Please have your cash in hand to expedite the parking process! Please watch for the parking attendants for directions to available parking.
Conference Parking is available at the following garages:

As the garages fill, attendees will be directed to the next closest available lot by the Springfield Parking Authority.
Street parking is limited and on an hourly basis.
What is included in conference admission?
Continental breakfast, lunch (vegan, gluten-free option available), Keynote Speakers and Focus Sessions and the Exhibitor Halls in the upper and lower foyer levels.
Who is speaking this year?
Information changes frequently as more speakers are added to the conference. You can check our speakers tab for updates. Please join our mailing list to the right for updates throughout the year.
What should I wear/what may I bring?
Attendees are generally in business or business-casual attire. You will be networking and moving from main exhibition hall (for keynote speakers and lunch) to Focus Sessions on the upper and lower levels during the day so wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing.
How do I register?
Use the registration link or visit our registration page for additional information on early bird and group rates.
I never got an email confirmation; am I registered?
If your place of business has filters set up, your organization may block your confirmation email. Please check your spam folder for an email from Eventbrite. Most often this is where your confirmation email will end up. If you are still unable to locate your registration, please email us with the subject line, “Am I Registered?”. Note: It is recommended that you use your personal email whenever possible to avoid mail blocks.
When will I receive my badge?
At check-in (7:30 am – 8:15 am) the day of the conference, you will receive your badge. After 8:15 am please see the Information Desk for your badge. Please help us stay green; recycle your name badge. Drop them in the marked boxes as you exit.
Once you register, you have purchased a non-refundable admission. You may, however, find a replacement attendee for your admission. Replacement names must be submitted via email to email@example.com by March 2, 2020. Please indicate the original attendee and the correct contact information for their replacement.
After March 2, changes must be made at the Information Desk on the day of the conference. The new individual must pick up the badge of the person they are replacing from the registration table and bring it to the WLC Information desk to get a name and title change. Lunch, table assignment and Focus Sessions are not changeable as food has been ordered and Focus Sessions have been finalized.
Seating is on a first come/first served basis except for sponsor-prepaid tables or group-prepaid tables. If a table is purchased, assignments are made based upon registration date; individual seats are assigned based on registration date or by company name. Requests for special seating cannot always be accommodated. Those who have assigned tables should consult volunteers in the ballroom (or check at the Information Desk) to find the location of their tables. Please note: Your table number is also listed on your name badge.
Any requests that need to be made due to special needs must be made in writing and received by March 13, 2020, if you did not include them in your registration under special accommodations. This includes Assistive listening devices, handicapped seating and food allergies. Please send an email with the subject line, “Special Accommodations Needed” with your contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a nursing mother’s room?
Yes, it is on the lower level in Meeting Room 5. Please ask volunteers or MassMutual Center staff for the location on site if you cannot locate signs.
What if I lost something?
During the day of the conference please check at the Information Desk for lost items. After the conference, please contact the MassMutual Center’s lost and found.
Is this CEU eligible?
Attendees are eligible for 6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or for 6 qualifying hours through the Board of Registration in Public Accountancy only for full day attendance at this conference. To obtain credit – after the conference, an email link will be sent to gather your information.
We are SHRM Certified.
This program is valid for 5 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.

Protein will be served family style on the table for those who chose a standard or vegan meal.
What if I am vegan/vegetarian or have a food allergy?
The kitchen staff prepares the VEGAN meals in a separate area of the kitchen; taking care to ensure there will be no cross contamination for those concerned with allergies. All additional requests for special accommodations due to food allergies must be received by March 12, 2020. Please email with subject line, “Special Accommodations Needed/Food Allergy” with details to email@example.com.

The Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place is offering a special discounted rate of $129.00 (plus tax) to Conference vendors, exhibitors, and attendees. Group rate available until March 1, 2019.
