Where can I park?
The Springfield Parking Authority is giving a discounted fee to attendees of $7.00 for the day. Please have your cash in hand to expedite the parking process!
Plan to arrive early and carpool with friends if you can as there are fewer lots and parking spaces due to construction.
Conference Parking is available at the following garages:

As the garages fill, attendees will be directed to the next closest available lot by the Springfield Parking Authority.
What is included in conference admissions?
Continental breakfast, lunch (vegan, gluten-free option available), Keynote Speakers and Breakout Sessions and the Exhibitor Halls in the upper and lower foyer levels.
Who is speaking this year?
Information changes frequently as more speakers are added to the conference. You can check our speakers tab for updates. Please join our mailing list to the right for updates throughout the year.
What should I wear/what may I bring?
Attendees are generally in business or business-casual attire. You will be networking and moving from main exhibition hall (where keynote speakers and lunch happen) to breakout sessions on the upper and lower levels during the day so wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and clothing.
How do I register?
Use the registration link or visit our registration page for additional information on early bird and group rates.
I never got an email confirmation; am I registered?
If your place of business has filters set up, your organization may block your confirmation email. Please check your spam folder for an email from email@example.com. Most often this is where your confirmation email will end up. If you are still unable to locate your registration, please email us with the subject line, “Am I Registered?”. Note: It is recommended that you use your personal email whenever possible.
When will I receive my badge?
At check-in (7:30 am – 8:15 am) the day of the conference, you will receive your badge. After 8:15 am please see the Information Desk for your badge. Please help us stay green; recycle your name badge. Drop them in the boxes as you exit.
Once you register, you have purchased a non-refundable admission. You may however, find a replacement attendee for your admission. Replacement information must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 1, 2017. Please indicate the original person and the correct contact information for the replacing person.
After March 1, changes must be made at the Information Desk on the day of the conference. The new individual must pick up the badge of the person they are replacing from the registration tables and can bring it to the WLC Information desk to get a name and title change. Lunch, table assignment and breakouts are not changeable after March 17 as food has been ordered and breakouts finalized.
Seating is on a first come/first served basis except for sponsor-prepaid tables or group-prepaid tables. If a table is purchased, assignments are made based upon registration date; individual seats are assigned based on registration date or by company name. Requests for special seating cannot always be accommodated. Those who have assigned tables should consult volunteers in the ballroom (or check at the Information Desk) to find the location of their tables. Please note:Your table number is also listed on your name badge.
Any requests that need to be made due to special needs must be made in writing and received by March 10, 2017. This includes Assistive listening devices, handicapped seating and food allergies. Please send an email with the subject line, “Special Accommodations Needed” to email@example.com.
Is there a nursing mother’s room?
Yes it is on the lower level lobby. Please ask volunteers or MassMutual Center staff for the locations on site if you cannot locate signs.
What if I lost something?
During the day of the conference please check at the Information Desk for lost items. After the conference, please contact the MassMutual Center’s lost and found.
Is this CEU eligible?
Attendees are eligible for 6 Continuing Education Units (CEU) or for 6 qualifying hours through the Board of Registration in Public Accountancy only for full day attendance at this conference. To obtain credit, please turn in your name badge at the end of the conference to the Information Desk with handwritten – “Need CEU Certificate” – and include your email address/mailing address on the back of the badge.
If you work for MassMutual and need PDU’s – employees who attend the entire day can use the day as PDU’s for their PMP certificate. To obtain credit you must show your badge and program to your certification contact at MassMutual Financial Group.
What if I am a vegetarian?
We offer a vegan, gluten free option for lunch in the ballroom. You will need to indicate your choice when registering for the conference. Please let your server know you selected the vegan option. We also offer a vegan option for exhibitors.
This year we have three lunch options for our attendees.
Chicken Option: Pan seared statler chicken (bone in thigh) with roasted marble potatoes, sautéed haricot verts, red pepper cream and chive oil. Served HOT.
Fish Option: Maple whole grain mustard glazed grilled Salmon with roasted marble potatoes and sautéed haricot verts (green beans). Served HOT.
Vegan Option: Spaghetti squash with sautéed kale, fried chick peas tossed with lemon & olive oil herb dressing, topped with Tempeh “bacon” (marinated in soy, apple cider, brown sugar, cumin and ancho pepper). This dish has a slight amount of heat. Served HOT.
The Vegan entrée is 100% VEGAN, without dairy (on the side), beef, casein, whey, etc. The Spectra kitchen staff prepares the VEGAN meals in a separate area of the kitchen; taking care to ensure there will be no cross contamination for those concerned with allergies. All requests for special accommodations due to food allergies must be received by March 10, 2017. Please email with subject line, “Special Accommodations Needed/Food Allergy” with details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
