Cancellation Policy

Once you register, you have purchased a non-refundable admission. You may however, find a replacement attendee for your admission. Replacement names must be submitted via email to by April 1, 2016. Please indicate the original person and the correct contact information for the replacing person.

After April 1, changes must be made at the information desk the day of the conference. Ask a volunteer about the process.
